A support which absorbs the concrete pressure during one-sided pouring.
Stabilizers are used for all one-sided Cometal formwork in order to absorb the pressure of the concrete.
The stabilizers can be used on all of our formwork systems, when different connection accessories are used.
There are 5 types of stabilizers::
Stabilizer: this can be used for pouring heights of up to 3 m. The centre distance between stabilizers at a pouring height of less than 2.65 m is 1.25 m and at a pouring height of 2.65 m to 3 m is 1m.
Stabilizer short: 2 of these stabilizers are used in conjunction with the normal stabilizer to form an angle stabilizer. A single-sided wall with a 90° corner poses therefore no formwork problems.
Raised stabilizer: these are composed of an upper frame and an under frame. The centre distance between the raised stabilizers is 1.00 m and they can be used for heights up to 5.50 m.
Raised stabilizer 8m: these are composed of an upper, high support and an under frame. The centre distance between the raised stabilizers is 1.00 m and they can be used for heights up to 8,00 m.
Edge angle H20: this small stabilizer can be used in 2 ways, first of all fixed on a H20-support to make beams or as perimeter formwork for a concrete deck. The second way is fixed on a concrete floor to act as a one-sided formwork system. Pouring height of up to 1 m.
