ABOUT ALCOM
The ALCOM formwork has a modular structure and is compatible with all other Cometal formwork systems. It provides a more than adequate finish to the concrete for the most common concrete applications such as basement walls, retaining walls, partition walls in infrastructure works, foundations, etc.
With ALCOM, you can adjust the thickness of your concrete walls to within 1.00 cm thanks to our patented adjustment nut.
The adjustment holes in the column panels are spaced 5.00 cm apart (centre to centre). In combination with the 6 adjustment options of the adjustment nut, the column panels can be adjusted in increments of 1.00 cm. The thicknesses of the concrete walls can therefore be adjusted in increments of 1.00 cm instead of 5.00 cm.
Profiled aluminium frame
ALCOM panels are constructed from a profiled aluminium frame. This makes the panels extremely strong and very light, easy to handle and, thanks to the use of aluminium, resistant to corrosion.
High-quality contact plate with 450 g/m² coating
The contact plate of the ALCOM formwork panel consists of concrete plywood with tropical hardwood with a thickness of 18 mm. In addition, this contact plate is coated with 450 g/m².
