CONTROLLED CONCRETE PLACEMENT

Concrete vault & pressure gauge

Reliable solutions for controlled pouring and process monitoring

CONCRETE VAULT

  • For injecting and pumping self-compacting concrete into vertical modular formwork systems.

PRESSURE GAUGE

  • For monitoring the tensile force in tension rods during concrete pouring, in order to accurately control environmental factors and pouring parameters.
  • Pressure gauge sensors are attached to the outside of the tension rod.

Technical highlights & characteristics

Injecting and pumping self-compacting concrete.

Cometal’s concrete vault provides an efficient way to inject and pump self-compacting concrete into the formwork.

When closing the concrete vault after pumping, both the access hole in the formwork is closed and the supply to the hose is stopped in one movement. This ensures a seamless and secure closure.

The concrete vault can be used on any Cometal vertical modular formwork system, making it versatile for a variety of projects.

Real-time process monitoring on site.

Cometal’s pressure gauge is designed to monitor the tensile force in the tension rods during the construction process.

This is crucial, as the tensile force varies depending on environmental factors, the type of concrete and the speed at which the concrete is poured.

This pressure sensor allows construction progress to be closely monitored to ensure that everything is proceeding safely and according to specifications.
