Robust solution for concrete elements that are smooth on one side

The Cometal vibrating table is designed for the production of high-quality concrete elements. Thanks to the sturdy tabletop and integrated vibration motors, concrete quality is optimised.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Single-piece table top crafted from high-quality S355 steel (polished finish).
  • Dimensions: 14.00m x 4.00m with a thickness of 10mm.
  • Including vibration motors.
  • Maximum load capacity: 920kg/m².
  • Available in all RAL colors.

Hydraulic tilting table

For prefab wall and floor elements

The hydraulic tilting table offers an efficient solution for producing single-sided smooth concrete elements, such as wall and floor elements. Thanks to the hydraulic tilting control. This table is easy to use, even for the production of large concrete elements.

Properties

  • Exhibits the same properties as the vibrating table.
  • The height of the edge panels is continuously adjustable for
    concrete elements ranging from 100 mm to 400 mm in height.
  • Optionally, the edge panels can be deduplicated on the long side,
    enabling the use of different heights on the left and right side.
  • Comes equipped with a hydraulic tilting function.
